Did you know you can rent Plattekill Mountain for a private group ski and ride day?
Take advantage of this rare and affordable opportunity to throw THE BEST corporate outing, birthday party, fundraiser, work trip or any other celebratory event!
You read it right. Plattekill is available for private rental with all services operational for skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing…or all three! Imagine inviting just YOUR friends, family, co-workers, VIP clients to come ski/ride an entire mountain for a day. Imagine no more.
We’ll set the day up EXACTLY how you want it…
— Rental Shop
We’ll have that open and staffed and all your invited guests will be able to purchase their rentals in advance so their gear is ready for pick up on arrival to the mountain!
— Instruction
We can arrange to have ski and snowboard instructors available for your guests. We offer both private ski and snowboard lessons as well as a “group” lessons for first time skiers and boarders.
— Food Service
We offer a la carte cafe style options or we can set up a catered lunch. Depending on the time of year we can even set up an outdoor BBQ! Smaller groups we can offer more intimate offerings served out of our Skier’s Bistro.
We also offer options for apres too from charcuterie and veggie platters to passed apps! We can set services up to be self-pay or invoiced to the organizer of the rental day.
— Bar Service
We offer a variety of bar services too from full open bar to cash bar service. Options can be limited and/or can be set to certain times depending on how you’d like it set up! Based on how many attendees you’ll have, we’ll get the bar service staffed up!
— Snowtubing
Want to add on snowtubing fun for your guests too? We can do that too! Any 2 hours during your rental we can spin the lift for tubing fun too!

AVAILABILITY:
Monday – Thursday (non-holiday)
RATES:
$11,000 includes all services operational, private facility usage, full mountain access (weather conditions apply) and lift tickets for up to 200 people.
Additional lift tickets over 200 people are $55/pp.
Rentals, lessons and food and beverage can all be made available at no charge to your guests (if you’d like to foot the bill) or as self-pay by your guests…or a combination thereof.
We can arrange each to your liking.
Snowtubing can be added too. Any 2-hour time block within operating hours of 9am-4pm. $1,600 up to 100 people.
Additional tubing tickets over 100 people are $15/pp.

Private rentals require a non-refundable $2500* deposit to reserve your date. Balance* is due on arrival your booked day.
In the event you are not able to keep your date, your deposit will not carry over to the following season.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or corporate checks.
* Please note, a 3% processing fee applies for all payments via credit card.
Deposits/requirements are subject to change at any time. Tax-exempt groups must present a “Tax Exempt” certificate, or an 8% tax will be added to all taxable items.

Available Spring, Summer and Fall, host your private event, party or gathering at Plattekill and have the entire mountain and lodge exclusively yours. We tailor your event to exactly how you’d like it. The best part is, all our events are completely private, so there are no other activities on the mountain, but yours.
Our lodge offers the perfect combination of rustic elegance with a beautiful outdoor setting and Catskill Mountain views as far as the eye can see.
Plus all events have the option to add on chairlift service for guests…or make it a mountaintop party with use of the summit deck.

RATES:
Our venue rates vary based on the type of event you are looking to host on the mountain.
For Private Parties, $2,750 includes full access to the lodge facilities, as well as our beautiful wrap-around deck for up to 150 people for a 4 hour event with the option to add an hour of scenic chair rides for your guests for an additional $500. Mountaintop parties also available.
We also offer a variety of bar packages to choose from as well as several catering options to round out your special event.

Advance reservations are required and there is a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your booked event.
