PLEASE NOTE:
** There are NO REFUNDS for online rental purchases.
Rentals purchased at least 24 hours in advance will be ready for pickup on arrival. An email will be sent to the purchaser’s email at 8am that day notifying you of your RENTAL PICKUP LOCATION.
Rescheduling Rentals:
Rentals unable to be used on the original date for which you purchased may be changed to a new date in the current season, however all rescheduling must be completed BY 5PM THE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKED DATE. There is NO RESCHEDULING AFTER THIS TIME – your rental will be considered expired.

Season rentals are for use for the duration of the entire season and are to be kept and maintained by the renter. We do not provide storage at the mountain.
season rental Pick Up:
Season Rentals must be arranged for pick up by emailing jeffh@plattekill.com.
Rentals will not be ready for pickup without advance scheduling.
Season Rentals must be picked up for the season by January 30, 2025.
season rental RETURN:
The lodge is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm for rental returns. If you come outside business hours or on a weekend, there is a labeled drop-off bin located outside the main entrance to the lodge for quick + easy rental returns.
All rentals must be returned by April 30 or a $25/per rental set late fee will be charged.
Rentals unreturned by May 15 will result in charges for equipment replacement with the credit card used for the season rental purchase.

This season take some of the latest and greatest out for a spin! We have both ski and snowboard demos available. 2-Hour and Full Day options. Credit Card & Drivers License deposits required for rental. Stop by the Rental Shop or Guest Services to rent your Demo for the day or half-day.
